We stayd at Five for three nights, two in a superior room, and one in a standard. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms too, but the superior room had a balcony out towards the street that was nice. It didn't have any chairs, so we had to sit on the floor. I think it seems like this hotel has... more

We were in B.A. for our third time and were looking forward to staying at Five Cool Rooms as it was well positioned near many of the shops and restaurants that we love to go to. The web site pictures looked good and they were responsive at booking via e-mail. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to leave our... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights at the end of our trip to Argentina. We had stayed in some really nice places and met some lovely people so this was a real letdown. The standard rooms are really small and all back onto a main courtyard so it can be noisy. The staff were just that -... more

Best place we stayed in Argentina. Very modern and hip. Fantastic location, couldn't be better. Very friendly staff. Clean room and great service. Highly recommended. Great roof deck and great place to eat breakfast. Very accommodating. The only bummer was that we asked the hotel to get us tickets for the soccer game and they couldn't. Recommend a day trip... more

Terrific boutique hotel in the heart of Pallermo Soho, BA's hippest neighborhood. The hotel has about 15 rooms, all very chic. We stayed in 301, the biggest suite, and it was fantastic (penthouse, private balcony). The only negative with the hotel is that is lacks a pool. The staff were all terrific -- helpful, friendly. I'd definitely recommend it! more

In summary: + Positive points Location Internet wirelles Nice breakfeast aera (a solarium in the top floor) Cost x benefit - Negative points Small room Service... more

Our group of four stayed for 3 nights at Five Cool Rooms. We were all very happy and will stay there again the next time we are in Buenos Aires. The rooms are a bit small and sparse but bang for the buck this has got to be one of the best deals in Buenos Aires. The staff was very... more

Check out Mark's Deli ( I know the name sucks) for when ever you need an, "odd for south American, but normal for you lunch" though you wont find many Americans there .. Another plus.. Surrounded by young artist galleries... more

Our main problem wth this hotel was the fact that the air conditioning until leaked. With concrete floors this was not very good and ittitating when we tried to sleep. The only way we could get it to stop leaking water was to turn it off - not great in January. This is obviously a continual problem and we found... more

Buenos Aires is one hot place to visit these days. Not only because it is very affordable, with exchange rates very favorable not only to British and European travellers, who usually are lucky when visiting South America, but also for Brazilians, who are taking the Argentine capital by storm. Five cool rooms is in the trendy neighborhood of Palermo, which... more
