What a great surprise we came upon. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried of what I would find at the Conte Hotel. The rooms are ok, clean and modern. Breakfast was not too much choice but the view from the breakfast room is great. If you are looking for a comfortable, place in the centre, this is ok. Prices are quite high we learned. Try to bargain a bit. Might help more

Stayed for 2 nights on separate occasions in October 06. Clean and comfortable. Staff tried but a severe lack of english (I still have about 10 spanish phrases) hampered all efforts. well situated on the big avenue - it was serviceable. Would stay again however would look for other accommodation also more
