Stayed at the Cape Cadogan for three nights and it was wonderful. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Bathroom was huge with big soaking tub and terrific shower. Only complaint I have is that there was no heat in the room so the bathroom was very cold, especially in the early morning. Beds were comfortable and luxurious. The room was... more

After reading the reviews here on TripAdvisor, my husband and I were excited to book a 5 night stay at Cape Cadogan and our experience there was truly wonderful. We had the pleasure of staying in the Owner's Villa. The decor was stunning, the rooms were clean, and the service and attention to detail were impeccable. There is a private... more

The Cape Cadogan We very much enjoyed 6 days at the lovely Cape Cadogan boutique hotel located in a heritage property near Table Mountain. Our large, thoughtfully decorated room with a good bathroom was very comfortable. Two lovely public rooms offered a fire, free internet computer and, in the evening, free sherry and chocolates. Breakfast was superb and although no... more

We spent five nights at this hotel and loved it. The first four nights were in an apartment but we had to move to a main building room for the last night due to late booking. The apartment was absolutely super, very modern, spacious and well-equipped. It's as close as you can be to restaurants, take-aways and shops but private... more

This was our second stay in the Cape Cadogan. It won't be our last. The main hotel is a charming affair with 12 bedrooms and a lovely small courtyard. On this occasion we booked one of the apartments owned and run by the Cadogan. The apartments are located in a quiet street to the rear of the hotel, and are... more

We have recently returned from a six night stay at the Cape Cadogan Hotel in Cape Town. We decided to spend the whole of our short trip in and around Cape Town this time and we were not disappointed. The location of the hotel is excellent for all the "must sees" and it is close to a variety of good... more

We arrived after a5 night stay in the constantia region and thought a hotel in the heart of the city would be nice for a change. What a great choice we made. The hotel is situated just off Kloof Street at one end, with a supermarket and Pharmacy just over the other side of the road.We were giving a great welcome from the... more

My wife & I booked Cape Cadogan hotel in Cape Town based on what we saw on the internet. It claims to "Bohemian chic" with 12 luxuriously appointed en suite bedrooms. We were given room 7. What we found is that it is in a busy street with quite alot of traffic noise. The bedroom furnishings looked as though they... more

Dear Mr Brown Thank you for your feedback and we are truly apologetic that we did not meet your expectations. It is unfortunate that you only posted photographs of a closed door and a cupboard and did not show readers the rest of the bedroom! All of our cupboards were hand made by a reputable furniture company in Cape Town...

I stayed at the Cape Cadogan for 4 nights with my wife and our 21 month old daughter. Even though the hotel has a no children(under 8) policy - they were extremely accommodating and put us in the Owner's Villa. The Villa is located next to the hotel and is amazing. It is almost as big as my flat in... more
