We stayed here for our honeymoon when they first opened. The room we had was amazing. It was a bungalow suite with its own private jacuzzi and a view of the mountain. The only problem with the bungalow was that the water is over 7' deep so it was unlike other locations where you can just walk into the water.... more

Beautiful location. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Points to consider: - I nearly teared up as we pulled into the resort it was so unbelievably beautiful. - our "butler" gave us a tour of the property when we arrived never to be seen again... I'm still not sure what his purpose was. - Very friendly wait staff at the restaurants. They... more

I was part of a small group of travel agents visiting French Polynesia and this was the last resort at which we stayed. It was very impressive upon arrival although the landscaping was dry (I realize it was their dry season but it was at other resorts that were very lush) and needs maturing. The rooms were VERY impressive and... more

We stayed at the St. Regis Bora Bora for the last leg of our honeymoon, and it was everything we could have imagined. The rooms were beautiful, and very large. We took a helicopter from Taha'a and from the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful, check in was easy and the concierge took care of all of our requests... more

This place is a natural wonder. Rooms are perfect, weather is perfect, we had a fantastic week. There are several things to do - I highly recommend the jet ski tour around the lagoon, which is amazing. Also, definitely feed the rays and sharks on one of those adventures. One can actually walk across part of the lagoon to the... more

We spent part of our honeymoon at the St Regis resort in Bora Bora and i must admit that having read some reviews prior to our trip, i had some concerns regarding the place: Would the service be as horrible as posted by many people here? Would they be rude and arrogant? Would the personnel ruin our stay? Service: I... more

We stayed 7 nights in a Premier Overwater Villa at the St. Regis Bora Bora. The villa had an outdoor spa. There are only eight of these villas on the property. However, the spa is meant to be used at the temperature of the air and is not heated. The room was spacious and beautiful. The deck is also very... more

If you are planing a trip to Bora Bora look no futher then St regis. The resort is beautiful the OWB are amazing. Service is great, how can you go wrong with your own butler. There is also a private lagoon with lots of cute fish and a big turtle. One thing I will say is be ready to spend... more

My wife and I stayed in one of the St. Regis's overwater bungalows last August for our honeymoon. Even though our accomodations were billed as "standard," we thought that they were excellent, with plenty of space, and an enormous soaking tub. Unfortunately, there are no reefs near the bungalows, so to see a decent assortment of fish, you'll have to... more

We spent 6 nights at The St Regis after a most non-luxurious stay at The Sheraton Moorea Lagoon Resort. (SAME owner!) The St Regis lived up to our expectations as the ultimate resort to just hang out and do absolutely nothing at! We booked the Tahitian Tantalizer package on the starwood website and got the 6th night free and a... more
