Service was very friendly, location is excellent if the weather clears enough to see the volcano. Room was without character and a little icky. Bathroom was sort of clean. We were ready to leave early which is unlike us, we usually have fun wherever. more

We stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights and found the Hotel clean, the location great and the owner terrific. The hotel is very unique in that it has a front porch viewing the Volcano and a wonderful back deck overlooking the gardens which are full of trees and birds. Location: Close to the volcano, right by the road but not noisy. You can view the volcano from the porch and even from the beds (not that we saw it; Arenal was shrouded by clouds the two days we were there.) Nice view of jungle in the back porch.
