I have just had the privilege of staying at the Finca Luna Nueva Lodge in Costa Rica. This is a stunningly beautiful location combining the wonderful rainforest together with a wonderful farm which grows herbs fruit and has livestock, The farm is biodynamic and sustainable and is a community project and they have just opened up to a little tourism.... more

What an amazing experience! Being into healthy food for almost 30 years, this place is an oasis in the world of travel.
