We opted for the biggest apartment. It was spacious. However the service is extremly slow overall from front desk to housekeeping. The additional beds that were ordered had a cockroach smell and we requested change. There were insufficient towels. The amenties were alright though the pool water was dirty and murky. The suite that we got was spacious. However, the floor was dirty, the bedroom walls was mouldy. The swimming pool water is murky. The housekeeping services was also very slow. Our request for fresh towels didn't arrive even the day after!!! more
