The Sun and Sand is not, in and of itself, a bad hotel, really - rooms were nice, breakfast was good, service was fine-- but for $250 a night you should at least get some hot water (water didn't even get lukewarm when I showered at 10am)....and how is it that all the hoteliers on Juhu beach can feel justified... more

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff are SO attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself may not be the cheapest to stay in, but it is still VERY cheap to eat and drink in this hotel by UK standards.... The beauty salon again is staggeringly cheap - 300 rupees for a head/back... more

I have to say that this hotel was really nice. Perect location by Juhu beach and as we were attending the New Year party at the JW Marriott this was the perfect hotel locationwise. Staff were friendly, rooms were very nice. I would definetly stay there again although i thought the room rates were a little higher than they should... more

I found this hotel as special offer on expedia.co.uk (£60 per night) and booked since I was looking for a good hotel close to the airport. The room was clean and nice (not smelly at all) and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I would say I got real value for money and would recommend the hotel to everyone... more
