This is an airport hotel. You don't stay here if you are visiting Mumbai, you stay here if you have a flight to catch the following day. Please don't bother with this place. We booked only to find out they had cancelled our reservation. Apparently they do this often. Staff were exceptionally RUDE You book your room for $350/night. Someone else shows up at the hotel offering $500. They cancel your room and give it to the higher paying guest. S more

Looks fantastic,but the service is awful. The staff can be downright rude and don't seem to think that they are there for any kind of 'service'.
