Terrible Service! Their website reservation system clearly doesnt work and our rooms were over booked. Despite that the staff and manager were rude and abusive even though they messed up our reservations due to their gross inefficiency. Narima is also managed by the same management. Beware. The staff spoilt our entire holiday! Stay at your own peril. more
