One of the things you note about the hotel when u drive up from Singapore is that u gotta make a long loop to get to the hotel given the single directional traffic flow. Hotel is in great location in Bukit Bintang area. Close to shopping and easy to get taxis. Staff are courteous in general but need to be trained better in customer service. Rooms are well furnished. The Hotel has a great location. You can easily walk to the Petronas Towers (KLCC), Jalan P Ramlee and Bukit Bintang. The rooms are very clean and functional, comfortabel bed, clean bathroom. Staff super helpful and efficient. Room functional, everything working; bed exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom small but shower and bath excellent.
