The room is soooo rundown and most of the items in the room are falling apart even the tiles in the bathroom is coming out of the wall and the wall in the shower is mouldy. The reception ppl in the lobby and in the restaurant (during the breakfast) is stuck up, hardly even see a smile on their face.... more

We had booked 2 superior rooms but were offered a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom "Brooklyn Suite" as our rooms were not ready at the time of check-in.
