The hotel has recently been refurbished and it looked brand new. The twin room had 2 semi double beds, a sofa and great views over a park with a lake (you can hire a row boat). This must have been the best hotel in Sapporo! I was traveling with my three children.....2 that are under 3. The first night we stayed in a double bed room. The beds were American size doubles. We stayed at the Novotel in Sapporo for 3 nights. They gave us a free room upgrade. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel very welcome. stayed two nights at the arthur in february. the hotel is pretty nice and right next to nakajima koen. the room was clean and well maintained. staff is friendly and always willing to help. unfortunately, the hotel is a non-smoker's hell. ashtrays on every floor right in front of the elevators guarantee tobacco smoke everywhere. furthermore, none of the restaurants... more

2007年4月に宿泊しました。 ノボテルは Accor チェーンのホテルですが、Accor のダイニングプリヴィリッジのカード（１年有効）を購入したところ、１泊分の宿泊券がついてきて、それで宿泊しました。 部屋は、快適できれいで、特段問題はありません。 場所が少しわかりづらかったかなと思います。 お金を払って泊まる場合の料金も見ましたが、リーズナブルだと思います。 ただし、朝の時間帯に、ゆっくりコーヒーを飲む場所がありませんでした。それは残念だったと思います。 more
