We arrived in the evening and check in was a breeze. Kids love the hotel especially the pool and the beach just right next to it. The rooms are pleasantly decorated but the tiled floor was not mopped. We have to constantly wear our own beach slippers in the rooms. The slippers provided are way too big for asian's feet.... more

The unusual thing about this hotel is that it is far nicer than it appears on its website. Perhaps it is because the rooms were all refurbished and their website was not updated. One of the worst experiences during my 5 years of hard core travelling. The staff were only interested in looking after the AIG staff who had a conference at the same time. Overpriced, overcharge for drinks, hidden extras for everything (including the 'free' peanuts in the bar), room not cleaned until nearly 5pm. Taxis from them cost twice as anywhere... more
