We stayed in Oakwood apartments in April 2008 for 6 nights and it was perfect! We had a studio (for 2) that was rather small (but this is Tokyo!) but it was so well organized and equipped that we enjoyed our stay every minute. I don't have much to add from previous reviews. The Hotel/apartment is excellent value. The staff is great (they mailed my lost keys and cell phone back to US). I would strongly recommend these appartments to anyone staying in Tokyo. The building is located in the Shinjuku area. Shinjuku is the business district, where all the high rise buildings are. It is very central and within very easy reach to all the main tourist attractions and direct trains to Narita Airport. The area is flooding with shops and restaurants.... more

We stayed there for 4 nights and had a great time. There is a private bar at the 32nd floor with a great view over Tokyo. The staff is more than helpful and helped us book our accomodation in Tokashiki. more
