All I can say is wow. I have stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world and this one tops them all. From the moment you walk into this hotel you realize you've stepped into a special place. From the 5 to 10 people that greet you with a smiling face as you walk through the door to... more

I stayed in this hotel only a couple of months after it opened so everything was brand new. Rooms very large, the largest i have ever stayed for a standard room - includes a dresser room and large bathroom. Very hi-tech - internet wired/wireless was inclusive, had internet radio, includes 2 flatscreen TVs. We stayed near the top floor so... more

Great location, very good service, however the smell of food in the lobby is a nuisance and food options should be extended (sushi bar...) more

I would jump at the chance to stay here again. The only hotels in which I have stayed in Tokyo have been the Park Hyatt in Shinjuku, the Royal Park Hotel, the Four Seasons at Marunouchi, and the ANA Intercontinental. Our experience at the Peninsula outshone all the rest. Our standard room was very large and supremely appointed. It was... more

The Peninsula Tokyo is perfectly located at five minutes walk from the elegant district of Ginza where you'll find the best boutiques of the Japanese capital and a lot restaurants all around. The rooms are very spacious and offer stunning views of Tokyo if you select a Deluxe category with view. In this case, you'll have a beautiful space extremly... more

Stayed in a standard room which is actually of a good size and with a pleasant layout. Nice sofa infront of the TV which means that you don;t see the bed when kicking back. Seperate dressing area and wardrobe. Excellent bahroom. Lots of technology in the room. Negatives: Only one negative and that is that there's literally no views, unless... more

My husband and I spent a night at the Peninsula Tokyo on our honeymoon in Japan. I wish we could have stayed longer (but we were heading to Kyoto) The Peninsula was beautiful! Our room was absolutely gorgeous- I have never stayed somewhere so nice. It is super modern with all the electronic amenities that Japan does so well. I... more

Here are my notes from an early December stay at Peninsula Tokyo -- single occupancy stay while attending a wedding. Overall I thought it was an excellent hotel that was super-conveniently located. Not exactly inexpensive, but in this category I think it offers a lot for the money. The Hotel: Everything still feels & smells brand new. It's a stand-alone... more

Many great things can be said about this new hotel, but its best features from my perspective were the location and the view. I stayed at its Deluxe Suite on the 21st floor. My spacious living space overlooked the Imperial Palace and the Hibiya Park. The teeming streets of Ginza with all its beautiful shops and wonderful restaurants were a... more

Stayed at the Peninsula Tokyo last week - the rooms are amongst the most beautiful we have stayed in. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom blows one away! The walk in closet was huge and I thought the valet box was a neat idea that ensures guest privacy. The one thing that bugged me was the lobby -... more
