Amazing. Just like you hope it would be, especially for the money you are paying. A real lost in translation dream, especially dinner at the New York Grill. My husband had the £100 kobe Beef selection, and said it was amazing. Music and atmosphere is wonderful. We booked a table by the window, and the view is awesome, so is... more

Stayed at the Park Hyatt three years after my first visit and whilst it hasnt changed it doesnt look tired. Superb views good facilities but overall its the staff that makes it. One thing that grates on me though is the cover charge to get into the new york grill/bar when there is a band on (which seems to be... more

After watching Lost in Translation, we had always wanted to stay at this property. I must say it has been worth the wait. We were greeted at the door on the second floor by several staff members who escorted us to the elevator. When we arrived at the 41st floor, we were again greeted by several staff members, one of... more

This is my second stay at the Park Hyatt Tokyo. When I found I needed to spend a night transiting through Tokyo, I gladly took the opportunity to trek the 90 minutes into the city to stay at the Park Hyatt, rather than stay at a hotel by Narita. For me, there is nothing like coming out of Shinjuku Station... more

Excellent service; they sent somebody down to the street to meet us when we got lost. The rooms have amazing views of the city, and if you're lucky, Fujisan. The rooms are just to die for, with excellent tubs, seperate showers, 2 flat panel TVs, well stocked mini bar. Great views from the bars. Perhaps the best hotel I have... more

The Park Hyatt Tokyo first and foremost is an excellent hotel. It has absolutely wonderful rooms and superb facilities. It is complete and utter decadence but is worth all the money you will pay to stay here. The staff in the hotel are very good, particularly in their desire to help in any which way they can as well as... more

I can't give my opinion of this hotel based on my experiences with lodging. We instead stayed at Conrad Hotel near Ginza which I believe was more trendy with better modern, design. However, based on all the hype from various guidebooks and website, we decided to eat dinner at New York Grill. The restaurant ambience was pretty stuffy and for... more

This is by far and away the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If you have the money - do it! The staff are polite curteous and helpful, without ever being in your face, the rooms are great (ours had a fab view out over the city) and the baths enormous (we wondered how we could import one once... more

I travelled to Japan for the first time by myself back in August/September 07 and travelled around the country on a rather small budget, but treated myself to two nights stay in the Park Hyatt at the end of my trip... and boy did it give my whole experience the send off it deserved!! The hotel is immacuately decorated and... more
