Super friendly staff is what makes the Palace Hotel above average. As others have said, its a bit dated but clean. Service is not what you are used to in Japan however the guestroom is huge, in-room amenities amazing and the bed is 2 x 4 meters (yes two meters in length and 4 meters in width). The balcony -large- overlooking Imperial Palace and Gardens is fantastic. Would definitely return. more
