Superb! Friendly, very helpful service. Massive bed in decent size room. Very clean. Lots of bathroom amenities, replaced every day. Lovely lobby. Just got back from holiday from Japan, this hotel was very good it is located in shimbashi and is linked to the metro station which is very convienent. Also the airport limousine runs from here to Narita airport and is very easily booked through the bell captain. staff are extrmely helpful and friendly and al seem to speak very good... more

We stayed 3 nights, beginning our first visit to Japan. Well located hotel and a clean, quiet room where everything worked. Don't eat and drink at the hotel - breakfast on the 1st morning was a rip-off albeit cloaked in the excessive Japanese formalities.
