Our family (2 parents, and kids aged 16 and 2) stayed here on our first trip to Japan. We had a week in Tokyo and took a side trip to Nikko and Lake Chuzenji for 2 days/1night. This hotel is beautiful, new, immaculate, formal but not pretentious. The baths are gorgeous, especially the women's outdoor bath and the outdoor family... more
