The Hyatt is near the top of the hill in Gora. Our room was massive and well appointed, with great views over the mountains. The hotel is in a secluded area near Gora area, almost 25 mins by car from the Hakone train station. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We have a eight year old so we stayed in a Japanese tatami room which is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel does not have an outdoor onsen, so don't go there... more
