The staff at this hotel were a delight and went above and beyond each day to ensure that my visit (and that of my colleagues) was pleasant. Had a terrible experience. When I checked in , the young concierge was rude and indifferent and more interested in flirting with the teenaged boys in the lobby then paying any attention to my checking in. The staff at the hotel is terrific, but the rooms and bathrooms are very small and need updating. I can't say the room is dirty - but it looks dirty and dingy. The continental breakfast is adequate and free. There is free wireless internet. The pool is indoor and heated, but very small - it can't be called a swimming... more

The room was good (nice cable selection and a heating unit that wasn't loud) but the staff was even better. They accommodated my many requests graciously.
