I returned yesterday from a week's stay at this hotel and having read the various reviews felt compelled to write my own review - to try and even the balance and in a way put people's minds at rest! We were not expecting 5* as you would find in England, but we would certainly award this hotel a 3.5* bordering... more

the yasmine beach hotel is above average after reading reviews on this hotel we were surprised at what was said. The hotel was very clean and the majority of the staff were very friendly the food at this hotel was not catered for the english but was acceptable .The beach which was straight accross the road is beautiful and very clean... more

We stayed at Yasmine Beach from May 10th to May 16th and frankly I can't understand which hotel those negative reviewers went to, because this hotel was quite simply fabulous. You would have to be trying really hard to have a bad time in a place where beer, wine, schnapps, tea, coffee, afternoon cakes, three varied meals a day are... more

Arrived the Friday evening at Tunis airport and at the hotel 1 hour later. The staff were very friendly from the start and though the broken English throughout our holiday was expected it was never a problem. The hotel's architecture was striking from the start and actually became more mesmerising as the days went by. It reminded me more and... more

Following all the bad reviews I have read on this site - I felt I should return and write up my experiance from this hotel. We traveled out on Sunday 23rd March and returned 30th March - myself and wife and our 2 kids (boys 14 & 10) and my in-laws. The hotel is not a 4 star and if... more

This hotel is in a beautiful position but unfortunately when we arrived the indoor pool was out of action with promises that it would be up and running the next day - no such thing and a week later we were told was still not in use. There appeatred to be very little facilities up and running at the time... more

This is 5th time I have stayed this property... past experiences were satisfactory, but this time, very few guest and hotel entertainment non-existent... no indoor pool usage as it was not available... updating I think The all-inclusive plan was a too limited food selection and drinks very dull. The hotel room service personnel very professional and greeted with a smile...... more

First impressions of the hotel were that the decor was a bit quirky - dark and cavenous in places. The man on reception was very welcoming immediately directed us to the dining room so that we would not miss lunch, telling us that our luggage would be looked after. The dining room decor is also unusual to say the least,... more

General appearance of hotel- more like 2* than 5*-quite shabby (stained carpets etc) and dimly lit thoughout. Rooms kept fairly clean however, and good view from balcony in room. Pillows v lumpy and uncomfortable. Rooms cleaned daily but only 1 days supply of shower gel etc so wish I’d brought my own. Minibar fridge not restocked after day 1 either.... more

Just back from Yasmine Hammamet and have to say i won't be going back. Firstly, the airline we travelled with, which begins with N, (not sure whether i can name them), was atrocious! I was even told not to use the toilet while they were serving meals! Stayed in Diar le Medina, which i have to say was first class.... more
