Just come back from staying at Browns Beach, Negombo. First room we were shown was not very good, bathroom was looking a bit grimy. Were given a room on the 5th floor which was a bit better. After a 20 minute transfer from the airport we were immediately made to feel very welcome. We had upgraded to a beach bungalow and it was excellent. Good air con, beds, facilities.
