I would not giveit a 1 point rating if this hotel were not marked as "luxury" hotel. We spent one night at the Kolon Hotel and had a wonderful time. The hot spring/ tub area of the hotel was nice as was the staff. The rooms were okay but kind of worn, especially the bathroom.
