I've stayed at several Holiday Inns and sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so good. This time I was very pleasantly surprised because the property was not the typical plain vanilla hotel this chain is known for. The property is very big. It reminded me of a resort. It has a nice gift shop that's very well stocked. There... more

The location is very nice and service at the front desk very nice; Elijah was excellent we could not have asked for any one friendlier or more courteous. As advertised the great view was of a Job Fair for the first two days and an auction on the third day. The Queen Size beds were comfortable but must have been... more

This is a large, meandering hotel on a commercial strip near the Albany airport and about 15 minutes from downtown. The facility is old, and main areas appear dated. Rooms in the main building overlook an interior atrium containing a banquet hall and decent-sized, yet usually crowded, pool. Other rooms are in an adjoining building known as "the tower." My... more

Small rooms, seems like a converted motel. Has a window into the hallway, the curtains are see through so not good for privacy or light. That's my main complaint. more

I stayed here for 1 night. I bid $60 on Priceline and got a room here. They put me in the old section of the hotel, which looks like it used to be a Motel that they turned into a Hotel. The room was extremely small, although clean. The carpet looked faded and old, but the rest of the room... more

We booked here b/c a friend was getting married here - at a preferred rate of $179 at a 3 star Holiday Inn, we did not expect to find: guest room carpet to be so damp and dirty our feet were blackened and covered in dirt and hair. Mold on the curtains, dirty bathrooms, and an overall musty odor rounded... more

Paid $70 for this hotel on Priceline. Another big, old dinosaur of a hotel with tired bedding and furnishings, mold in the bathroom, a broken TV and remote control, and a general state of decline. Not even free coffee (to say nothing of breakfast) in the lobby. A really nice looking pool, although we didn't use it. Polite staff. On... more

I visited this hotel as a guest because it hosted a conference I needed to attend. I stayed three nights in late July. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn since I was a kid, and I can't say this one lived up to my childhood ideal. First the architecture of this hotel: it's downright odd. I don't know what... more

I've stayed at better and stayed at worse. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was above average. The hotel's layout is a little confusing (must have added on once or twice). If you're traveling on business, this is a good place to... more

I got one of the last rooms after my flight was cancelled and they closed the airport. I was dreading being stuck here for three days...but I was very very very surprised. I totally don't understand the bad reviews. Both restaurants were WAY above what you would expect at a Holiday Inn. The room was clean. VERY nice indoor pool... more
