Difficult to spot down the alley way when your distracted by all the monks in red robes and tibetan stalls! When you get to the entrance for the tibetan camp (theres a big sign and usually a pile of rubbish outside with over eager tut tut drivers) go straight down the lane to the end, you can go either left... more

nice people, honest and clean. check for working shower and toilet flush. nothing wrong about it. good place to stay. think of earplugs when powershortage sets of diesel generators all over the enclave more

In the grand scheme of budget hotels in India, Lhasa House is absolutely fine. It's about 5km north of Connought Place, which takes about 15 mins in an autorickshaw, and should cost about Rs 50 on the meter. The major drawback is the location, not only being quite far from Old Delhi, but in the particularly dirty and uncomfortable area... more
