We have just returened from the Cleopatra Tsokkos Hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. Before we got to the hotel we were told we would have to pay £8 for the coach which was supposed to be included in the price. We arrived on 11 June all inclusive for 10 days. We made two complaints during this time,first the colour of the bedsheets which to be fair they changed immediately and the television which was u/s throughout the stay.
