Just returned from our fourth visit to the Tropicana Grand Oasis. Biggest asset this hotel has, apart from the chandelier, is the staff. Treat them as people and not servants and you will have a memorable holiday. Reception staff are efficient and helpful, as are all lobby staff. i went to the hotel in december 2004 and 2005. The entertanment was brilliant for children and highly amusing. In June spent one very hot week at the Grand Oasis- global warming has reached Egypt! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the reception lobby was stunning with its huge chandelier. Once again all i can say is fab! fab! fab! We have just returned(21/06/07) from our 3rd stay at this hotel and going back again next year.
