Lobby, restaurants and lounge about what you would expect in a 4.5 star hotel. Excellent breakfast!....A few problems did occur. We had a club/executive room, and air conditioner wouldnt work. We called the manager, he, himself came up, moved us to the Presidential Suite(and It was worthy of its name) and appoligized over and over(and no we werent being asses).... more
