Situated opposite the University in central Lanzhou the hotel once had considerable style but is beginning to need an overhaul. Room comfortable and clean, staff friendly but with limited English (except for one very helpful porter). Breakfasts extensive but all Chinese type food (not usually a problem with us but here it was not really to our taste). Never seemed... more
