My wife and i stayed at the hotel as a 4 day stop over on our way to Mauritous on our honeymoon. On arriving which was 2am we were swiftly taken through checking in and were shown to our lovely room by a very friendly receptionist. My wifead I have stayed to the Al Murooj several times between 2006 and 2007. Everytime it was an excellent experience. I really miss the hotel now that we work in the States and don't have anymore business to go to Dubai. more

Everything was great. They ask too much for high-speed internet in the hotel room, but the wireless internet is free of charge in the lobby and in the lounge, so everyone seems to hang out in those places in the morning and early evening. more

I stayed at the Al-Murooj Rotanna when I attended a conference in Dubai. Defenitely one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Checkin went smooth - staff was friendly and explained everything - from where breakfast will be etc. Normally you have to ask the staff to get info but not at the Al-Murooj. First and foremost this is a business hotel so I would not recommend that you stay here for a holiday.
