Overall disappinted with our stay. Location is terrible, at least ten minute drive from centre. The hotel offers free bus but it is unreliable at pick ups. It might arrive it might not. The Grand has a really quite glorious location on the banks of the Mekong. If you arrive as I did at night, you'll awake to a wonderful view of the garden, river and hills beyond.
