I have recently returned from the Royal beach hotel, accompanied by my partner and two friends. The hotel is what you would expect from a 3* in both decor and facilities. We Have jusr returned from a two week stay at the royal Beach. On arrival we found the hotel looked quite nice, but quickly found that this was not to be the case. On arrival we had to wait 1h for a room but lobby was airconditioned so that was all right. Well, what can I say... I had not been on holiday for 12 years so this was very exciting... We had a fantastic time, the weather was great the hotel was great the people in the hotel were great. Our room was the usual hotel accommodation, nothing special, it was clean and tidy, no bugs, so it suited us perfectly.... more

Just returned from the Royal Beach and have to say for a basic cheap holiday package it more than surpassed our expectations, basic accomodation, clean and simple perfectly adequate for our needs. The staff are really friendly small tips here and there go a long way, had the odd problem with reception reluctant to change money but didnt cause too... more

*The hotel being built next to the Royal Beach is now complete (as of 25/05/08, bar internal fittings) and there was no detectable disturbances connected with this during our stay. The Royal Beach is NOT a 3 star hotel by western standards, it is however perfectly adequate for a holiday especially as it's likely you won't be spending much money... more
