We were so excited to climb the steps to the "Crow's Nest" cottage and see the absolutely fabulous view of the warf from up there. The Cottages are well-located but the service was unusually amateurish given the price. They repeatedly made mistakes in billing, dinner reservations, picking us up, etc. I wrote management twice with no response to these issues. more

Was desperate for a room for one night on Nantucket and found this available with really good TA reviews so I figured why not? We loved it, they gave us a great little cottage on South Wharf (two over from the ferry) and close enough to walk to everything but very quiet. We were right next to very expensive yachts.... more
