This is a good hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is fine, good rooms, all very clean and pleasant. Staff are friendly and efficient. The concierge was helpful in booking tours, providing a map etc. The restaurant (ground floor) has acceptable food, if a limited menu. What an awful place. The rooms need major updating, I haven't seen a non-flat screen TV in a hotel room for ages. Tired-looking walls and hard, uncomfortable bed.
