Spent one night at the Shangri La Kowloon on my way back from the middle east. Great service and great location. Was put on the club floor which is nice as they offer dedicated check in, made to order breakfasts and drinks in the evening. Did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants as they had plenty of snacks... more

Highly recommend staying here. We would stay there again. Friendly, clean, helpful. We stayed for 4 nights over new year. Our room was spacious and as soon as we arrived in the room, some tea arrived too. Nice touch. Great Location to get around, underground just outside, and some many taxi's everywhere. more

What a great hotel, situated on Kowloon waterfront. We arrived at the airport and got a bus directly to the hotel ( ask at bus desks). For the price I paid, I should have paid a little extra and stayed @ the Island Shangri-La in Central. This hotel needs serious remodeling. Looks like a room from 10 years back.
