Upgraded to a room with a good harbour view on arrival. Nice touch, very comfortable beds Initially booked a short stay en route to Shanghai. Booked the Jen Hotel in desperation as could not find a nice hotel with a good rate. On the website HK$538 and I paid to upgrade to harbour view room on arrival (worth the HK$300). It was a great surprise to see the new modern lobby and a spotless and funky white room with a fruit plate. The only thing that was a bit of annoyance was the coldness of the bathroom tiles. I understand that there are a very few cold months per year in HK but heated floors would add a nice touch!... more

Stayed here for 5 nights over New Year 2007/08. Booked many months in advance on http://www.accorhotels.com and got a great rate of only £40 per night room only (about $80 US). I must say that the reception area was quite bland, so my first impression of the hotel was not great. This all changed when I got to my room.... more

This hotel is undergoing renovation and you can hear the renovation happening in your room during the day. The entrance to the hotel has been closed for renovation also, so you need to enter through the semi-garage.
