It's a home away from home. The Inbal makes you feel at home when you are far away from your country. We have been to fancier hotels (with better food and less issues) yet the Inbal somehow made our stay a wonderful one. Highly recommended! more

I stayed at this hotel last month and could't quite believe that it's ranked number 1 in Jerusalem!!! First of all, as an American, I felt embarrassed by the loudness of the mostly American guests of this hotel. Kids were running everywhere, screaming and fighting, I wonder if these families allow their kids to behave like that in American hotels.... more

I arrived there on Monday (06/30/2008) and despite have been booked a King Bed room, receive two double beds. The Inbal is in general a very nice place to stay in Jerusalem. The rooms are fine and the lobby is lovely. The staff is the problem. The people at the desk are generally unresponsive and just shrug at problems. Our room was minimally cleaned during a 6-night stay and the toiletries were not replaced. other reviews are right: this is a good hotel in Jerusalem. It's modern and in a nice quiet but central enough position. It's clean with up to date facilities. It would be my hotel of choice for a return visit to Jerusalem. more
