I have stayed in Splendid Star Hotel in Hanoi for 3 night. Satisfied with their service, facilities and room rate. Just hope that they will upgrade the cleanliness in the bathroom Also they should discard some of the really old bed sheet and duvet cover (some of them have holes.The service provided is excellent. Firstly, I was impressed by 15% discount of Opening promotion and Free airport pick-up, but the most important reason I chose this hotel is location – close to St Joseph's Church. The location of the Splendid Star Hotel is fantastic, right opposite Hanoi Church.. Its within walking distance of the Old Street Quater, where there are lots of shops and malls to browse in. So overall, the Hotel is a solid, dependable hotel, but I do think it is in need of a bit of a makeover. more
