This hotel ( Splendid Hotel ****) is located downtown Ouagadougou and on a really exciting street, near attractions. Plus, it is 3 minutes from the ouagadougou airport. I know that many international personalities and celebreties stay in that hotel when they are invited for important and political events. The rooms and the suites also are affordable.( great rate!) The hotel is close to the airport, on Avenue N'Krumah. This is perhaps Ouaga's "poshest" street. The hotel labels itself 4-star. It is a far cry from that.
