We spent 3 nights at the Disneyland hotel. The location made it worthwhile, but the rooms seemed in need of renovation. Carpets were dirty and felt damp and sticky. The extra blanket in the closet was VERY stinky. The furniture was a bit dusty and the bathrooms seemed antiquated. No coffee maker in room but coffee was available in the... more

My family stayed at the disneyland hotel for 4 nights with two 3 yr olds in tow. Our overall experience was wonderful in the wonder tower. The hotel is conveniently located next to the park. The wonder tower is the farthest from the park and it only took us 15 minutes to walk to the park which is not bad... more

My sister received a weekend comped at the Disneyland Grand Hotel May 9-11. Meaning the room was free. My sister brought my newphew and I along. I thought "Oh God" what is a 30 year old going to do here uh? I must say it was FUN. Right away the hotel gives you a welcome feeling. My newphew sat down... more

Stayed at the Disneyland hotel last weekend , we were celebrating my daughter's 9th birthday. I was quiet dissapointed with the room. On arrival I realized that the bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the counter and all over the floor. The toliet seat was visibly dirty. It appeared as if another guest had been given that room and... more

We stayed at the Disney hotel for the first two nights of our Disneyland holiday. It truly is something for the experience alone and we all loved the giant Mickey at the entrance. You're not paying for the room quality but more for the experience. The staff were amazing. Always a smile, very courteous and helpful. Didn't matter where on... more

My family and I (husband and son age 3) stayed at the Disneyland Hotel in a poolview room on the 16th floor of the main tower (one with check-in, can't remember the name). We had a very large fridge in the room which was stocked with items that I bought from the Food 4 Less down the street, a large... more

We stayed at the hotel with our 2 boys, ages 5 and 3. We had a standard room and were happy with it. The standard room seemed larger than most other hotels. Even though the beds were high, we found bed rails in the closet. The room had a fridge like I requested however I had to ask for a... more

We stay at the Disneyland Hotel about three times a year. Two of our family members are in wheelchairs and the wheelchair accessible rooms are comfortable. The rooms are always very clean and the Disneyland theme is carried out to the bedspreads, tv cabinet and even the lamps. The pool view is especially magical at night when Tinkerbell is projected... more

I waited to write this review until I also stayed at a hotel away from Disneyland. I have a 2-year-old and thought the location would be ideal. We paid three times what we paid to stay at a nicer hotel away from the park and I can safely say it's NOT worth the money. I'm one to pay for convenience... more

Way overpriced. The rooms are okay, but all families with small children should know that the beds are at least 3 1/2 feet off the floor. Not very kid friendly. My 2 year old not only fell off of the bed but was also able to crawl under it! I was told by the front desk that all Disney property... more
