Okay, so I booked a nice three night stay at the Castle Inn and Suites. We left after the second night. Let me start by saying that I have read countless reviews, and some make it seem like a glorious place, and others make it seem like a slum house. I found it to be neither. Here is the review,... more

This hotel has some fine attributes; close to Disneyland, good pool for little ones, castle theme, etc. However, we found one downside on the last morning we were there. BED BUGS! We notified staff when we checked out and they seemed equally as horified as us. Maybe an isolated incident. more

I was stupid enough to stay here three times. All three times the rooms appeared to have last been decorated in the 1960's, carpets were shabby and dirty, beds nasty etc. times we stayed were on a "spur of the moment" basis. They were the only hotel available--wonder why. If your stay was really bad, bargin with the manager. The... more

This place is a dump! We were not there 5 minutes and were discussing leaving. Unfortunately that did not work out and we had to stay. Everything at this hotel was bad. The room stank so bad I had to send my husband across the street to the store to buy bleach and then get on my hands and knees... more

We stayed here 6 nights for Spring Break last month to go to Disneyland. We stayed in an executive suite with two adults, two teens and two preschoolers. Check in was smooth. The desk people were always polite and helpful. Our room was 115. It was enormous and actually reasonably quiet without the fan running even though the single window... more

My sister and I recently stayed here for 6 nights. She liked the look of the outside and the rates weren't too bad so we decided to book it. It is a short work to Disneyland, which was nice, but they were in the middle of redoing the floors on the second floor walkways. The light in our bathroom burned... more

6 of us stayed at the motel just recently and were not exactly satisfied by what we found. Although it is close to Disney, about a 10 minute walk, we found that rooms were old and dire need of a face lift. The electrical outlets did not hold the plugs very well so you could not charge up a phone,... more

We were pleased with the outside of the hotel and the pool but were not pleased at all with our rooms. We had a large group with several rooms and all of our rooms were very dirty. The carpets were sticky feeling. I did not walk around with bare feet. There were lumps under the carpet. Not little ones either... more

I decided to stay at this location because I have visited Disneyland many times and the castle look for my kids and being right across the street seemed like a plus. It was a very easy check in but when we got to the room it smelled musty. The sink in the bathroom was slow going down. but other than... more

We stay here nearly every time we visit Disneyland (it's now been 4 times in last 3 years at this property). We (3A/1C) stayed this time for 2 nights on Jan 23rd & 24th '08. Standard room was clean, spacious, and we had no problems at all. In fact, the 1st day at the park our shoes got soaked from... more
