We stayed at the Hotel Peppertree for 2 weeks and loved it, the staff are exceptional no matter what you are looking for weather it be directions to local attractions, extra towels or even printing boarding passes(Thank you Becky, you were a delight todeal with) The hotel is very clean and close to Disneyland and Knott's. The free breakfast we... more

Thank you taking your time to write a review! I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your two week stay with us in Anaheim. We are currently reviewing the free continental breakfast at Azteca's restaurant and will continue to work with them to improve their daily breakfast service. Again, thank you for your kind words, and we hope to...

I booked a room for our two families based on reviews on Trip Advisor. We had no car, which was a problem since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and cabs were scarce. The rooms were very large but I wasn't thrilled with comfort of beds. One shower head didn't work and the other tub drain got clogged... more

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I apologize that we did live up to your expectations. We always do suggest renting a car because Hotel Pepper Tree is located 3 miles from Disneyland and 2 miles from Knott's Berry Farm. I will look into the issues you experienced with maintenance and front desk immediately.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Pepper Tree and greatly enjoyed our time there. The room was a good size with bed, living area, Kitchen and bathroom. We paid a little extra and had a room on the ground level with a small courtyard complete with water feature. We had no problems with noise and found the hotel and... more

The Hotel Pepper Tree is a hidden treasure in the Disneyland area. The rooms are HUGE and the price is more than reasonable. Our room had a king bed, writing desk, couch, chair and coffee table with plenty of room to spare. The small kitchen area was well equiped with what ever we needed. The bathroom was next to a... more

This is really a slightly updated motel. The room was very large with two queen beds. We checked in and went straight to Disney after unloading all the luggage. I was a bit taken aback at the sketchy neighborhood and the hotel itself after reading the glowing reviews on tripadvisor and other websites. It was very reasonably priced and had... more

I do apologize for your poor experience on your recent stay. We are looking into the issues you mentioned very seriously including the poor response from the front desk. Please contact us regarding your stay at manager@peppertree.biz to reconcile this situation.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Hotel Pepper Tree recently and I must say that it lived up to the good reviews I had read on Trip Advisor. The property is well priced and this was a big consideration for us as we had 5 people to feed and entertain. The room(s) were huge, we had a family room... more

This is an old hotel, but most hotels near and around Disneyland are older. It was fairly clean, but the cleaning staff is seriously lacking. Upon arrival we found dirty linens on the floor of our closet. When they were not removed the next day, I notified the front desk. Our room was not vacuumed at all during our 5... more

If you're doing Disney, stay here -- you can't beat it. We paid $80/weekdays and around $109/weekend night and we were far happier than we'd have been in a hotel "next to Disneyland." It was clean, stylish, close to the parks, and the staff was tremendously friendly all around. This place is just a tiny bit (2 exits?) up I-5... more

Just stayed at the Pepper Tree about a week ago, and I really enjoyed our stay here. I have tried about 10 different hotels in the Disneyland area, and this is probably my favorite overall. The room was attractive and very well set up. While we didn't really use the full features of the kitchen, it was very well set... more

we were a little hesitant to stay at the hotel peppertree at first but was very pleased when we arrived. the hotel was very quite and our rooms were clean. we loved the fully equipped kitchen and it's only a 10 minute drive to disneyland. the bathroom is a little small and shower curtain doesn't keep the water from soaking... more
