We arrived before 3:00 p.m. to check in and were told that the room wasn't ready yet and asked to return at 3:00 p.m. which is check-in time. First, it started off bad when we arrived early and called to check in only 15 minutes early and they refused saying they had no rooms cleaned and available yet. I booked with Priceline at 40% off per night Friday thru Wednesday stay. Hotel is clean, rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable, but it made noise. Free internet in room stay was very slow. There is no any public bus or restaurant there. They only have the Disney shuttle bus which was slow in coming and an American hotel restaurant... more

We stayed at the Holiday Inn from May 7-14, 2008. We had a great stay. I would recommend it for families out there who are in Anaheim especially for Disneyland. We had the kids suite and the kids loved the room. The hotel was not extravagant but it did its job for the 7 days that we were in Anaheim.... more
