We booked a week at Dolphin Cover Resort to take our grand daughter to Disneyland. The resort pool was shut down for 3 days for emergency maintenance. Hot water for showers was non existant on some days. "Out of Order" signs were on washers, dryers, ice machines, computers, and more. The only service was a change of towels and garbage... more

second time we have stayed there , 1st time couldnt fault it we had a suite this time we were given a studio and in comparison was really dissappointed with it . Great timeshare experience. Resort staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the area. Great activities planned for children, two free continental breakfasts as well as great coffee available at all times. Fun to watch the fireworks from Disneyland from our resort's steps.
