Summary: Both the roaches and the management of the Washington DC Sheraton Four Points have a mind of their own. Unfortunately, neither aims to please. Chronology: Wednesday, 9/17/08, 11:00am: Walk into room. Sit down at the desk. Dime-sized roach cruises out from under the telephone. Thursday, 9/18/08, 12:30am: Return to room after dinner. Pull latch across the lock. Roach scurries... more

Not 5 star luxury, but everything that you could want in a hotel and much more. Excellent location, great service at the front desk. Nice sized room with modern decor. Room safe. Bedding was to die for. Quiet, secure. Good price even through regular internet pricing. Near downtown and Massachusetts Avenue. Not far from Dupont. They cleaned our room even... more

I would recommend this hotel because of its overall quality, location and price but I stayed here 6 years ago and it was noticeably nicer. The furnishings are getting old and a bit worn out. It is a 3+ star hotel with 4 star prices. You can walk to the Spy Museum and the Mall in about 20-25 minutes and... more

I stayed for two nights with my wife and two kids (10 and 12). After shopping around, we found this place to be by far the best value for a decent hotel in the area. The room was a reasonable size and the indoor rooftop pool was great for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.... more

Not a bad hotel. As someone else pointed out, parking is expensive ($35). You are about 3 blocks from Metro Center Subway stop. Metro Center has most of the lines (red, orange, blue) and two more blocks down is the China Town stop which has the other lines (green and yellow). Both stops are within walking distance, and between the... more

I stayed here a total of 6 nights, checking out just this morning. Overall it's a decent business hotel, with a few quirks. Here first is the get-to-the-point rundown, followed by something for you more wordy types (like me). GOOD: Very good housekeeping--they even left extra shampoo and extra regular coffee; good attitude on the part of the front desk;... more

Booked this hotel on priceline for a great deal. I believe that many hotels put the priceline rooms at the end of the hallway, which is fine with me because I prefer to stay away from the elevators. Room was very average for me-2 double beds, small bathroom. Good points: The staff was very gracious and willing to answer all... more

I recently booked 3 rooms at the Four Points for a family get together. We receive a good price from an online service so parhaps I was more willing to accept short comings than if I paid full fare. Over all we all had no problems with the Hotel. The rooms were fine for two people, clean, the beds confortable... more

Good Locaton - Taxi over charged to start from train station. The rooms are just ok for 2 people - our air con leaked and ruined new clothes in paper bag on floor. Then for 2 nights got a few friendly bits - so checked out day early and the hotel seems clean but needs to do a bug-free-spray or something.Location is... more

Air conditioner broke in room 908 but they found me another room within minutes. Good quick service. Room service also quick, pizza tasty. Customer service has been good each time I stayed here (3rd time since 2005). more
