The hotel is everything expected from an Ibis. Great location right next to the metro stop. Decent firm bed. But the pillows I just wish that all Ibis hotels would up grade there pillows. We took some blow up camping pillows with us this time it did make a difference Also I must say that the room we had at... more

Booked online and got a great rate of 63 Euro. The hotel is adequate and everything expected from an Ibis. Great location right next to the metro stop. Decent firm bed. The shower doors are designed very strangely though with a large gap at the bottom so if you don't line up the shower head correctly you'll get water all... more

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Ibis. I would recommend it as a clean, convienent and really well located hotel. It is an IBIS so those looking for a character filled hotel will be disappointed, but that said, the rooms were really large, showers good, and the beds were great - interestingly only a little... more

Nice little hotel, pretty basic, but very clean that is extremely well located. Took the missus on a 2 night break and was delighted that the hotel was located within walking distance of everything. Hotel staff superb and willing to help you in every way possible. The only thing lacking was the bar area. Yes, hotel has a bar but... more

The location of this hotel is excellent, a 15 min slow stroll from the Danube, and about 20 mins in the other direction to Heroes Square, there is a Metro stop right on the doorstep so pretty central, The hotel itself is advertised as a 3 star but in my opinion it isn't ! It is very clean and bright,... more

Stayed here 3 times now. The hotel is in a very good location, between the main shopping area (near river front) 15 mins and other direction is Hero's square 20 mins walk. The old mans music pub is 2 mns away and plenty of good places to eat and drink. more

What you'll get at this Ibis is a central location, a good rate (72 euros per night during my stay) and a clean, moderately spacious room. I stayed at this hotel just this past week for three nights and it easily met my expectations. As with most Ibis hotels, there are additional services/items available at a cost--internet, breakfast, and a... more

We (my wife and my kid – 7 months old)spent 3 nights at the hotel Ibis Budapest Emke in September 2006. We will come back to the same place if we have the opportunity to visit Budapest again. The hotel and staff are very great, welcome and useful. The room we got was large as we asked for a baby... more

We booked last-minute and got a great rate. Everything in the hotel is nice, new, and very clean. Convenient is also the in-house parking garage. The walk to the Danube takes about twenty very worth while minutes. Public transportation leaves just around the corner, but who wants to ride a bus/tram if one has the chance to enjoy Budapest’s grandiose... more

This Ibis is just a regular Ibis with room size a bit above average. Nothing thrilling and no frills, but good value for money. The location is very convenient with all the major attractions on the Pest side reached in 10 minutes by the cheap and reliable trams and metro. The metro station Blaha Luiza tér is in the same... more
