I've stayed here before and always enjoy coming back to these spacious townhouses. My last visit I (14 year old girl) stayed in one of the units that have an outside spa with my family (parents, 2 little sisters and brother) and it was great. We stayed 5 nights in January 2005 in a 2 bedroom townhouse. It was extremely spacious, well laid out, with internal laundry (washing machine and dryer), bathroom and a separate toilet near the living areas upstairs. Wouldn't recommend. Only good point of the place was the view, but most hotels in Queenstown give good views. The people were extremely rude (ended up checking out early due to the rudeness by one member of staff). Parking was a hassle. Short easy walk to town, extremely hard on way back due to very steep hill. Website says washer/dryer... more
