We loved the large room with fabulous views of the city and Brisbane river and having self contained was great as we could do our own cooking if we felt inclined. The children enjoyed the lagoon style swimming pool - really beautiful and peaceful hard to believe you are in a city as very quiet area and walking around the... more

Our family booked in for a holiday for 5 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment, it had all new furniture fabulous views and a large balcony that we enjoyed seeing the boats going by on the river and enjoying our evening meal, very friendly and helpful staff that helped us will all our enquiries. The swimming pool is a lagoon... more

We had a very large three bedroomed apartment on the first floor with a view over the pool area and river. There were some aspects which made our stay unpleasant. The carpets were very badly stained and also had food walked into it. The lounge furniture was faded and old. The walls and doors were dirty, probably evidence of a... more

We needed a place to stay with our two teenagers the night before leaving on a flight home after a two week trip through Queensland. Not knowing where to go, we ended up on the "otherside" of the stunning "Story Bridge". We enquired at the Quest Bridgewater and the receptionist advised that she only had studio apartments available. We settled... more

Good value for money but it was disappointing to see "fitness centre" advertised when all that was available was an out of date universal gym that didn't work and could only accommodate one person. Heaps of people looked in and walked out. Great pool, though. Location is great - just a very relaxing ferry ride to the city. Real quaint... more

Don't expect to be looked after if you're a longer stayer. We were told before checking in the the apartment would be cleaned on demand, this shifted to weekly once we had confirmed our booking. Then when the end of the week came we had to spend 2 or 3 days trying to find management to get them to come... more

I have stayed in Brisbane before, but chose to stay in a serviced apartment this time as my stay was a mix of business and pleasure, and I wanted someplace where I could make some of my own meals...but also have some of the comforts of a hotel. The Bridgewater seemed to be a good fit, and a good value... more

My partner's band did a gig in the Brisbane CBD, so he, myself, and another couple drove around to find accommodation as "walk-ins". We found that most hotels and serviced apartments were fully booked. We were lucky to have gotten a 2 bedroom apartment at Quest Bridgewater, for a fantastic price. The apartment was quite nice, I'd say it was... more

Have just returned from a short break in Brisbane. Had booked a 2 bed apartment a month or so before departure and were kindly upgraded to a 3 bed on the 11th floor without being asked! The unit itself was a little dated and stuffy (at first) but had everything that myself, husband and daughter could need. The views of... more

The Quest Bridgewater was a fantastic place to stay in Brisbane. We stayed in a 2-bedroom deluxe apartment for AU$200/night in July 2003 (4 adults). The Bridgewater is right on the river and close to downtown (great walking paths along the river). The apartment was large, very clean (maid service every day), beautifully furnished, with a full kitchen and full-size... more
